Have you ever wondered where the best comedians performed before they were famous? If so, treat yourself to a night at Seattle’s own Comedy Underground. One of the most venerable nightclubs in the country, it is here that you can experience best in stand-up comedy in the Emerald City. Alumni of this venue include Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen DeGeneres, Patton Oswald, Bill Maher, Ralphie May, Rosie O’Donnell, Dana Carvey, and a whole lot of other big names.

The Comedy Underground offers live performances seven days a week. Monday is open mic night, where emerging talents try their hand at tickling your funny-bone. Every other night, you can catch any of a number of hilarious local and visiting comedians. Show up early to get a drink and a bite to eat at Swannie’s Bar and Grill, then stay for the show.

You can find the Comedy Underground just a short trip south from our North Seattle hotel, in the historic Pioneer Square district. Visit the official Comedy Underground website to read more about the venue or buy your tickets online right away.
